As our Regional Manager for Auckland and Upper North Island, Chris has overall responsibility for all contract delivery in this area.

Chris has over six years of experience as a project and business development manager, mainly in the civil construction area, and these skills are directly applicable to his current portfolio at Directionz.

He has strong interpersonal skills, builds effective working relationships with staff, clients, suppliers and contractors and has a talent for presenting complex information in an easily understood manner. A good listener, he always takes the time to gain a clear understanding of any issues on site and determines next steps.

Chris is a confident project manager and cost estimator, he co-ordinates inputs, plans and monitors progress to meet client goals, and always ensures that specifications and regulations are complied with.

An excellent leader, Chris has a reputation for being client focused, paying close attention to detail, and finding innovative ways to solve problems. He pulls out all stops to ensure the client’s goals and needs are met on every job.
